Do you take pre-orders or reservations?
- You can pre order through our Instagram by direct messaging us!

do you take custom orders?
- We do not take custom orders at the moment but we may be able to offer limited bulk order options
- Please contact us for more information!

Do you deliver?
- No, we do not offer delivery for our products

What forms of payment do you accept?
- In-store we accept all forms of payment: cash, debit and credit card
- We ask for cash only for purchases under $5, $5 requirement for debit and $10 requirement for credit card.

Payment

Where do I pay?
- We ask customers purchasing any Oyatsumi goods to check out their items at our register
- For bakery and buns purchases, please check out at the Bakery Nakamura side

Allergens

does your gelatin contain pork?
- Yes, our gelatin contains pork products and is NOT hallal-friendly

What allergens do your products have?
- Please be aware our bakery uses gelatin (pork), dairy, nuts, wheat (gluten)
- For specific product allergens, please refer to our individual products listed under "Desserts"

Location

What is j-town?
- J-town is a plaza with Japan-focused offerings including a grocery store, cafes, restaurants & bookshop
- Each shop and business are individually owned so please purchase items at their individual registers

Does j-town have parking?
- Yes, our plaza has plenty of parking next to it, please make sure to read handicap and proper signage

Do you have seating at oyatsumi?
- Yes, we have limited public seating available next to the cafe that is first come first serve

Where are you located?
- Oyatsumi Cafe is located within a shared building in J-Town and not affiliated with the other stores
- J-Town is located east of Steeles Ave & Woodbine Ave, our exact address is here
